LDEP is a group of dedicated volunteers who assist horse owners in times of natural and personal disaster, assist Law Enforcement, and rehabilitate and adopt equine to their forever home. LDEP members are also dedicated to keeping our motto of Protecting America's Heritage. If you would like to become part of a horse welfare driven group run by its members.
